Ti si sam po sebi čudan svijet,
koji se svakog časa mijenja i nikada ne ustabili.
Zavoliš čovjeka do te mjere da ga smatraš melekom, a zatim ga zamrziš i pretvoriš u šejtana.
On, u suštini, nije bio ni melek ni šejtan, uopće se nije promijenio. Ono što se promijenilo je stanje tvoga nefsa.
Kad si raspoložen cijeli svijet vidiš veselim, a kad si neraspoložen isti svijet vidiš tužnim i potpuno prekrivenim crnilom, a dunjaluk se nikada ne veseli niti tuguje, nego si ti taj koji se veselio i tugovao.
Zaista si ti jadan kada pomisliš da će te mržnja učiniti jačim, a zavist mudrijim, te da će te grubost i gordost učiniti respektovanim.
Nauči se da prihvatiš svakog ko pored tebe prođe,
nemoj vikati kada ti prijatelj zakasni i nemoj se plašiti kada izgubiš nešto vrijedno.
Sjeti se da je sve već bilo zapisano, mnogo prije nego što si ti postao insan među milionima ljudi.
Ako izgubiš nešto, sjeti se da si dobio mnogo toga,
ako si propustio neki termin, sjeti se da ćeš stići na drugi.
Koliko god bol bila teška i koliko god ono što dolazi bilo nepoznato, otvori svoje oči za snove i velike planove, jer sutra je novi dan i ti si nova osoba.
Da li znaš za poznatu mudrost: “Udovoljiti ljudima je nemoguća misija.” Ali, nauči da je ljudi prenose nepotpunu. U svojoj punoj verziji ona je jedna od najljepših mudrosti, a glasi ovako: “Udovoljiti ljudima je nemoguća misija, a udovoljiti Allahu je cilj koji se ne smije propustiti, zato se kani onoga što je nemoguće, a uradi ono što se ne propušta!

Ne moraš biti lijepog izgleda, da bi bio lijep, niti hvaliti druge da bi bio voljen, ali ni bogat da bi bio sretan. Dosta ti je da udovoljiš svome Gospodaru, pa da te On učini lijepim, dragim i sretnim u svim predjelima tvoje unutrašnjosti, a to će izgraditi i tvoj ugled kod ostalih ljudi.
