Kur’anski recept za ishranu najbolji lijek za sve bolesti

Dr. Džemil Kudsi Duvejk specijalista je za ishranu porijeklom iz Palestine on je, polazeći od razmišljanja da se u Kur’anu nalazi odgovor na svako pitanje, otkrio potpuno novi pristup liječenju uzimanjem hrane po kur’anskom receptu.

Duvejk je napisao opširnu enciklopediju pod naslovom “Islamski koncept energije i ishrane” koja se sastoji od 7.000 stranica. Nadamo se da će ovo djelo ugledati svjetlo dana i na našem jeziku, a u ovomprikazu pokušat ćemo da, u kratkim crtama, damo prikaz ovog vrijednog otkrića koje najbolje govori kako se naš odnos prema Kur’anu definitivno mora mijenjati.

Autor ove enciklopedije počeo je svoje istraživanje od ajeta u kojima se govori da je u Kur’anu odgovor na sva pitanja, da je Allahovo, dž.š., znanje sveobuhvatno i da u Kur’anu ništa nije propušteno. Allah, dž.š., kaže:

“Kur’an nije izmišljena besjeda, on priznaje da su istinite knjige prije njega objavljene, i objašnjava sve, i putokaz je i milost naroda koji vjeruje.” (Jusuf, 111.)

“Zašto da pored Allaha tražim drugog sudiju, kad vam On objavljuje Knjigu potanko? Oni kojima smo Mi dali Knjigu dobro znaju da Kur’an objavljuje Gospodar tvoj istinito, zato ti ne sumnjaj nikako!” (El-En’am, 114.)

Zatim je dr. Duvejk pošao od kur’anskih ajeta u kojima se govori da je Kur’an lijek:

“Mi objavljujemo u Kur’anu ono što je lijek i milost vjernicima…”(El-Isra’, 82.)

“…koji me je stvorio i na pravi put uputio, i koji me hrani i poji, i koji me, kad se razbolim, liječi…”(Eš-Šuara’, 80.)

“O ljudi, već vam je stigla poruka od Gospodara vašeg i lijek za vaša srca i uputstvo i milost vjernicima.” (Junus, 57.)

“Zar jezik tuđ, a onaj kome se objavljuje Arap?” – Reci: “On je vjernicima uputstvo i lijek.” (Fussilet, 44.)

Poslanik, s.a.v.s., je rekao: “Liječite se! Zaista Allah, dž.š., nije dao nijednu bolest a da za nju nije dao i lijek. To znaju oni kojima je dato znanje, a mnogi i ne znaju.” (Prenosi Ahmed)

Allah, dž.š., takođe, u Kur’anu kaže: “Mi sve s mjerom stvaramo.” (El-Kamer, 49.)

“Onaj kome pripada vlast na nebesima i na Zemlji, koji nema djeteta, koji u vlasti nema ortaka i koji je sve stvorio i svemu mjeru odredio!” (El-Furkan, 2.)

“I Mjesecu smo odredili položaj; i on se uvijek ponovo kreće kao stari savijeni palmin prut.” (Ja-sin, 39.)

“I Sunce se kreće do svoje određene granice, to je odredba Silnoga i Sveznajućeg.” (Ja-sin, 38.)

Kur’an pridaje veliku važnost mjeri (mikdaru) u svemu: “On ih je sva zapamtio i tačno izbrojio”(Merjem, 94.) “On zna broj svega što postoji.” (El-Džin, 28.)

Tako je Allah, dž.š., odredio da se riječ mjesec u Kur’anu spomene 12 puta, tačno onoliko puta koliki je broj mjeseci u godini. Riječ dan u Kur’anu je spomenuta 365 puta, riječ namazi (u množini) pet puta, riječ azm (odlučnost) pet puta, tačno onoliko puta koliki je broj posebno odabranih poslanika kojima je dat azm… Mnogo je takvih primjera u Kur’anu. Dr. Duvejk dalje kaže: «Tada sam, sam sebi, rekao: pošto je Allah, dž.š., svemu mjeru odredio, onda ću ja sigurno u Kur’anu naći najbolju mjeru (formulu) za hranu i piće.

Izdvojio sam sva ajeta u Kur’anu koja govore o jelu (ekele, taime) i piću. Ustanovio sam da se termin jesti u Kur’anu navodi 109 puta, od toga sam izdvojio haram jela koja se spominju devetnaest puta i dobio broj devedeset.

Zatim sam naveo sve vrste hrane koje su spomenute u Kur’anu i koliko se koja vrsta puta spominje, i nakon duže analize došao do fantastičnog otkrića.

Broj devedeset predstavlja broj zalogaja koji bi svako od nas trebalo da unese u svoj organizam svakoga dana da bi organizam normalno funkcionisao. Devedeset zalogaja treba da se sastoji od svih vrsta hrane koje se u Kur’anu spominju, svaka vrsta u onolikom broju zalogaja koliko se puta spominje. Tako se meso, npr., spominje četiri puta. Jedan zalogaj teži dvadeset do dvadeset i pet grama, što znači da bi svakoga dana trebalo pojesti 100 grama mesa, nimalo manje niti više. Zatim ostale vrste hrane, tačno onoliko koliko je po ovom kur’anskom receptu određeno.

Zatim sam podijelio jednu veliku ploču na 240 kvadratića, zato što se Kur’an dijeli na 30 džuzova, svaki džuz na dva hizba, svaki hizb na četiri četvrtine, i sva ajeta o jednoj vrsti hrane prepisao u kvadratić u kome se ona prvi put spominje. Tako sam dobio šest obroka sa tačnim spiskom hrane, što bi značilo da bi najidealnije bilo da svako od nas jede šest puta dnevno manje obroke. Putem te šeme došao sam do preciznih podataka šta treba jesti ujutro, šta na podne, i šta uveče. Ujutro dolazi u obzir lakša hrana, a na podne teža, kao što je grah i meso, a uveče samo troje: hurma, grožđe i nar.

U Kur’anu postoje i opća pravila kojih se treba pridržavati u ishrani:

U Kur’anu se uvijek spominje jelo pa onda piće, što znači da bi obrok trebalo početi jelom, a završiti pićem.

 U Kur’anu se uvijek prvo spominje voće pa onda jelo, što znači da bi naš obrok trebalo uvijek započeti voćem pa tek onda jelom.

Vrlo je interesantno da se u Kur’anu uvijek meso životinja iz mora spominje prije mesa kopnenih životinja, što jasno ukazuje na činjenicu da je za naš organizam daleko važnije riblje meso, nego meso kopnenih životinja. Savremena medicina nas obavještava da riblje meso sadrži nezasićene masnoće koje rastapaju zasićene masnoće u našem tijelu i sprečava višak masnoće u krvi i začepljenje krvnih sudova, što direktno uzrokuje srčane i moždane udare. Medicina tvrdi da bi omjer zasićenih masnoća (omega 6) napram nezasićenim masnoćama (omega 3) trebalo da bude četiri naprama jedan, a da je taj odnos, usljed neispravne ishrane, danas dvadeset naprama jedan. Interesantno je da maslinovo ulje, koje se posebno spominje u Kur’anu sadrži upravo nezasićene masnoće (omega 3).

Dr. Duvejk, u svojoj opširnoj enciklopediji, pojasnio je još mnoga pravila od kojih ističem sljedeća:

Nakon mlijeka obavezno popiti sirće.

Med uzimati obavezno nakon sirćeta.

Uvijek jesti hurme nakon grožđa, a ne obratno.

Nar obavezno treba da bude zadnje što jedemo.

Ukiseljeno mlijeko bolje je nego slatko.

Med i mlijeko ne jesti zajedno.

Poslanik, s.a.v.s., praktikovao je kao piće koristiti nebiz (turšija), koji je pravio tako što bi nasuo čiste vode u posudu a zatim u nju ubacio šaku suhih grožđica, ili hurmi, ili badema i sl. i nakon 12 do 48 sati, kada počne vrenje, koristio to kao sok. Danas je u medicini poznato da se na takav način formiraju posebne vrste bakterija koje su neophodne za pravilno funkcionisanje probavnog sistema. Trebalo bi da te bakterije čovjek svakodnevno unosi u organizam, jer su veoma važne za regulisanje metabolizma. Te bakterije sadrži i tečni jogurt. Interesantno je kako smo, zapostavljajući taj sunnet Poslanikov, s.a.v.s., a koristeći gazirane sokove koji su danas najeftinija roba, došli u situaciju da svojim novcem plaćamo ono što škodi našem organizmu.

Važno je istaći da je dr. Duvejk svoju teoriju liječenja i očuvanja zdravlja korištenjem kur’anskog recepta ishrane i praktično potvrdio.

Spomenuti način ishrane uveo je za 200 bolesnika koji su bolovali od neizlječivih bolesti fizičke i psihičke naravi. Nakon samo dvadeset i jedan dan dobio je nevjerovatne rezultate. Procenat potpuno izliječenih bio je veći od 90 posto, a svi ostali bolesnici osjetili su znatno poboljšanje. Među pacijentima je bilo i šećeraša, reumatičara, onih koji su imali problema sa zglobovima i jetrom, ili su bolovali od raka i slično. Trenutno dr. Duvejk radi na tome da svoj eksperiment potvrdi na deset hiljada pacijenata i da se dužim korištenjem takve terapije pokaže da su potpuno izlječeni, kako bi njegovo otkriće bilo i medicinski priznato i prihvaćeno.

Spomenutim projektom je, takođe, praktično dokazano da se, pored jačanja imuniteta organizma, poboljšava i ponašanje pacijenata. Njihovo psihičko stanje veoma brzo se normalizuje.

Između ostalog, ovisnici o duhanu za samo 21 dan tretmana veoma lahko postaju nepušači, jer njihov organizam, jednostavno, odbija da primi sve što je neprirodno i štetno.

Dr. Duvejk nas, pored ostalog, uči kako da pravimo prirodno sirće, obrano kiselo mlijeko, te kako da koristimo pšenično zrnevlje sa ljuskom i slično.

Najvažnije u svemu je da nas primjer dr. Duvejka uči kako treba da se odnosimo prema Kur’anu i na koji način da ga izučavamo. On poziva muslimane, stručnjake za razne oblasti, da pristupe izučavanju Kur’ana s aspekta svoje struke i da otkriju kur’ansku formulu najboljeg riješenja za svaku oblast.

Nadam se da ćemo u spomenutom primjeru naći mnogo šta što ćemo moći primijeniti u svome načinu ishrane i da će to biti dovoljan podstrek za svakog od nas, da napravimo istinski zaokret u svome životu i da Kur’anu damo mjesto koje mu pripada, jer ćemo, samo na takav način, doći do rješenja za sve probleme, te pripremiti konkretne projekte za izlazak iz krize u kojoj se nalazimo.

  1615. After I originally commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I receive four emails with the same comment. There has to be a means you are able to remove me from that service? Thanks.
